They enjoy violence and killing. They often kill some innocent people to loot their treasure or just kill for fun. Their behavior makes these once peaceful places become a nightmare to those weak people and treasure holders.

More and more peace lovers appeal for peace in Cronus and ElvenCity. They said the weak people and treasure holders should be well protected. All people should enjoy adventuring and living in Cronus and ElvenCity. The queen has taken their ideas into consideration. After a hard discussion, this proposal has been approved by all officials. They agreed that peace should return to Cronus and ElvenCity.

It is said that this proposal will be put into practice very soon. By then, nobody can kill any people in Cronus and ElevenCity. All will always be safe there. Will the criminals who have killed a lot of people be safe too? Of course not. More guards will be added to kill them on sight.
