"The distant kingdom has reappeared in the mortal world, and the Holy Flame seal has suddenly shown signs of disturbance." Albert's words were filled with concern. No matter how dangerous the mission, you, a battle-hardened veteran, show no fear and resolutely accept the task.

Albert uses teleport magic to take you to the Icy Land. Along the way, he slowly reveals the mission details — deep within the Icefield lies the powerful inheritance of the "Solar Blaze," originating from the Sun God Apollo. Recently, the Holy Flame has suddenly awakened, constantly battering the seal. Your mission is to work with Seren, the Mage stationed at the Icefield, to repair the seal.

A Portal leading to the Deep Icefield opens before you. A unique adventure awaits beyond the Portal.

After passing through the Portal, you find an elderly Mage surrounded by Icefield monsters — it is Seren, the seal's guardian. You dispatch the creatures and learn from Seren that the Holy Flame has released several "Holy Flame Fire Seeds" from weak points in the seal. These seeds are continuously drawing power from the outside world to break the seal, and must be extinguished one by one as quickly as possible.

Led by Seren, you arrive at the location of the first Fire Seed. After defeating the wandering monsters, you channel immense magical power to extinguish the Fire Seed. At that moment, two figures suddenly appear before you — one is a young woman you've never seen before, and the other is Albert. After a brief conversation, the two figures fade with the wind — it was merely an illusion. Seren tells you the woman's name is Sonia. She was once a prodigy Mage who inherited the Holy Flame, but also the one responsible for the Holy Flame's rampage and the many sacrifices that followed.

The second Fire Seed is extinguished by your magic. This time, you witness a scene of a young Seren speaking with Sonia. You learn that Seren was once Sonia's close friend, and had sincerely congratulated her when she inherited the Holy Flame. If that was the case, why did Sonia later cause the Holy Flame to go out of control? Your curiosity about the past grows ever stronger.

After the third Fire Seed is extinguished, the illusion Arrived as promised. This time, before Sonia sets out to assault the Demon Stronghold in the Icy Land, she entrusts a scroll containing the sealing arts to the young Seren. Standing beside the aged Seren, you can already faintly guess what tragedy awaits.

After all the Fire Seeds are extinguished, you follow Seren to the location of the seal — a massive block of black ice stands here, radiating the brilliance of sunlight. The figure you saw in the visions — Sonia — lies frozen at the center of the black ice as if in slumber. A trace of sorrow glimmers in Seren's wrinkled eyes as you follow his instructions to begin repairing the seal.

The power of the Holy Flame surges within the seal, and a battlefield vision unfolds before you — kingdom soldiers locked in brutal combat with demons. At the center of the battlefield, Sonia clashes with the Demon General, her sun fire reducing enemies to ashes. The warriors cheer and rush toward Sonia, but no one notices the look of agony on her face.

Though Sonia emerged victorious, she was gravely wounded and could no longer control the Solar Blaze, a power of the gods. The power rampaged unchecked, reducing everything around to ash, and was on the verge of taking control of her body, turning her into a puppet. With tears in his eyes, Seren used the secret art Sonia had entrusted to him, sealing both the Holy Flame and his dear friend within the black ice.

Just as you are reflecting on this tragedy, Seren, as if provoked by the visions, begins to attack the Holy Flame seal in a frenzy. It is too late for you to stop him. The sealing ice is shattered, and from within emerges a monster wreathed in flames — the incarnation of the Solar Blaze, and the will of the Sun God itself.

You fearlessly raise your Staff against it. The incarnation eventually disperses under your magic, and the Holy Flame condenses into a mass of pure energy. Just then, the lingering soul of Sonia slowly emerges from the Holy Flame. She makes you a proposal — that you should inherit the power of the "Solar Blaze."

In ancient times, the Sun God Apollo descended the Solar Blaze to purify Akaria. Now, with Akaria reappearing in the world, the Sun God's will within the Holy Flame has been relentlessly battering the seal. If someone could completely purify this netherworld of Akaria, the Solar Blaze would truly submit. Sonia believes that you possess both immense power and an unwavering will, and that you can accomplish this.

You make up your mind to accept the inheritance, and swear that you will use this power to protect others, just as Sonia did, ensuring that tragedy never repeats. The will of the divine and the wishes of mortals intertwine in a sorrowful lament, but now the gods are gone, and the lament has ended. From this day forward, you shall wield this dangerous and mighty power, and stride toward your own future.
