Dear Heroes:

Recently, we have received a large number of reports regarding the use of third-party cheats (bots/hacks). To maintain a fair and healthy gaming environment, we will increase the severity of penalties for players confirmed to be using cheats, including but not limited to account bans.

We have now permanently banned 1 account. Below is the list of character names (partial):
