Dear heroes:
We are very sorry about that there is still some problem in Benefit GiveawayⅡ.
At present, all Online Packs are still unavailable after claim.
We will fix this problem in next maintenance and release Compensation Pack to all heroes.
In addition, the duration of this event will be extended from November 10 to November 24.
All heroes will have extra two weeks to get rewards through the Online Packs.
