Notice Regarding the Bug of Dreamfairy Fragment Chest

Due to the bug of Dreamfairy Fragment Chest, some people will not receive Dreamfairy Fragment when they open the next chest without claiming the fragment from last chest. Our technical staff are working on it right now and it will be fixed around next Wednesday predictably.

For the missing fregments, we have already compensated for some of you. And we are still calculating the rest of them. If you meet such problem, please contact us by email (service@eudemonsonline.com) with your personal information, the amount of losing fragments and the date you open the chests on. We will figure them out and compensate for you soon!

Last but not least, please claim the fragments before you open the next chest.
