BOKU: Maintenance for Two Carriers in Saudi Arabia Area

The payment partner, BOKU, has informed us that two carriers in Saudi Arabia area, Mobily and STC,have been maintaining their service, which prevents players from making purchases of TQ Point Cards from BOKU. However, another carrier, Zain, is still serviceable for players who want to buy TQ Point Cards through BOKU.
