"Doom Armament" Pro Guide Quest

Recently, the Black Robe Mage, Albert, has discovered a mysterious disturbance in the Hunting Domain and hopes that a brave and meticulous hero will investigate the cause.

You volunteer for the task and, under the guidance of Sword Priest Tennis, you arrive at the Holy Church to meet with Albert.

Albert explains the current situation and recommends Apprentice Knight Mills to accompany you on the investigation. He believes this will be a valuable experience for the young knight.

"Just collecting some preliminary intelligence. It shouldn't be too dangerous." Thinking this, you agree, and set off for the Hunting Domain with this energetic young knight eager for growth.

Upon arriving at the Hunting Domain, you discover a source radiating mysterious power - perhaps the very source of the disturbance you need to investigate.

As you approach to investigate, you feel a powerful force resisting your presence from within the source of the disturbance.

Seeing this, Mills steps forward and, together with you, begins to suppress the powerful force. At that moment, the force suddenly expands rapidly, pulling you both into it. When you regain your senses, you find yourselves trapped in an ancient magical array.

Looking around, you discover that the only way forward is blocked by a massive door. By reading the inscriptions, you learn that this is the ancient Ghost Gate, and to unlock its seal, you must solve the riddle posed by the Ghost Gate Guardian Golem.

Together with Mills, you manage to break the seal of the Ghost Gate array. As the gate falls with a loud rumble, a path leading deeper into the secret realm appears before you.

Just then, a mysterious voice echoes through the realm - it turns out that you have already passed the first trial. Continuing the trials will grant you blessings of power and rare treasures.

Mills, who has always longed to become a powerful knight his father can be proud of, is excited at the prospect of gaining power. With his face beaming with joy, he eagerly urges you to venture deeper into the realm.

Not long after proceeding along the path, another massive door, swirling with the aura of death, blocks your way - this is the Death Gate array. By observing the Revelation of Light, you discover the sequence needed to break the Death Gate array, and one by one, you defeat the Death Gate Defenders. Finally, the Death Gate dissipates, and you continue along the path.

At the end of the passage stands a temple, and in the center of the temple is a mysterious artifact. You can sense a powerful force sealed within, seemingly carrying memories from ancient times. Perhaps all the answers lie within...

The moment you reach out to touch the artifact, memories from an unknown source suddenly invade your mind, overwhelming all your thoughts. Images begin to emerge. Whose memories are these? You cannot be sure. But you seem to witness the ancient war of Herisus Gods, their opponent being... Titans?

Strange memories flood your mind, and you witness many bizarre scenes - across from "you" stands the Warlord Kord. Kord slowly speaks to "you": "Power... infinite power! This is the enhancement the hunting of Titans has granted me, but it's still not enough. I will eventually complete the hunt... for the strongest of Titans, the Flame Titan!"

The memory continues. You see "yourself" being sealed in the artifact by Kord, and time begins to flow rapidly. Kord intended to complete the final hunt on "you," but an unexpected calamity halted everything. Millennia pass, and "your" consciousness gradually awakens...

As the memories end, the mysterious spirit reveals its true form - the Flame Titan. You now understand that what you saw were the memories of this Titan's lingering spirit.

The Flame Titan constantly entices you to unlock the seal. Of course, you are not fooled by its words. Just as you prepare to leave and restore the seal's power, an unexpected turn of events occurs - Mills, who has longed for power and his father's approval, falls prey to temptation and unlocks the seal. At that moment, the power of the Flame Titan rushes into Mills' body, causing him to fall into corruption.

The corrupted Mills has lost all reason. The Flame Titan occupies his body, intending to hunt you down. A fierce battle is about to unfold!

After a fierce battle, you defeat the corrupted Mills. He briefly regains consciousness, but the Flame Titan continues to erode his mind. In order to fully resolve the threat of the Flame Titan, you decide to restart the hunting ritual left by Kord, with you as the one to devour the Titan!

However, the seal of the hunting ritual was previously damaged by you and Mills. The restarted hunting ritual cannot help you devour the Titan within Mills. Instead, it puts you in great danger.

At the critical moment, Mills chooses to sacrifice himself. He decides to perish along with the Flame Titan inside him, in order to completely quell this crisis and atone for his actions.

But how can a mortal body compare to the might of a Titan? The Flame Titan reappears, attempting to completely take over your body! You desperately try to suppress the Titan's invasive power, but it seems to have no effect...

Just as you are on the brink of losing consciousness, your body begins to glow with a green light, and a gentle energy surges within you - it's the Emerald Heart!

The Flame Titan roars in defiance but cannot change the outcome. The Emerald Heart helps you suppress the power, and the hunting ritual is finally completed. You successfully devour the Flame Titan.

Perhaps sensing the events unfolding in the Hunting Domain, the Black Robe Mage, Albert, arrives. But the young apprentice knight will sleep forever.

"I will take his body back and tell his father - at the moment of his death, he was a true warrior," Albert says.

Having devoured the Titan, you gain new power and awaken the mastery of the Doom Armament.
