Level Up

Spirit Beast levels can be increased using Spirit Beast Feed and Breath Essence. When the level increases, the Spirit Beast's Score and attributes will also improve.

Beast Tamer can obtain Spirit Beast Feed by completing the Storm Eye instance challenge.

Phase Breakthrough

During the level growth process, Spirit Beasts will go through several Spirit Phases.

When a Spirit Beast's level reaches the current Spirit Phase's upgrade limit, specific Phase Breakthrough Items are required to break through the current level cap.

Phase Breakthrough Items are plants native to the Spirit Beast Islands, generally growing in active Spirit Beast areas, and can be obtained through gathering.

Note: Phase Breakthrough Items in Ethereal Realm include: Starvine, Crimson Flower, Golden Chawan from Misttide Mountain, and Pearl Grass, Sea Dream Umbrella, Emerald Algae from the Ethereal Sea.

After collecting enough Phase Breakthrough Items, you can break through the Spirit Phase via "Deity" -> "Spirit Beast" -> "Beast Formation" -> "Upgrade" to continue increasing the Spirit Beast's level.

Both leveling up and breaking through the Spirit Phase can enhance the Spirit Beast Score and attributes. When a Spirit Beast successfully reaches the Max Phase, both its level and Spirit Phase can no longer be increased.

Beast Breeding

Beast Breeding is a versatile artificial method for cultivating Spirit Beasts. Beast Tamer can perform Beast Breeding at the Beast Breeder (Ethereal Realm 876, 551), allowing them to breed high-quality offspring Spirit Beasts with considerable strength.

Please note: Only Spirit Beasts belonging to the same Spirit Beast Island (e.g., both belong to Ethereal Realm) can breed.

When breeding starts, the Beast Tamer first needs to select one Father Beast and one Mother Beast from their owned Spirit Beasts.

Subsequently, you can select the race of either the Father or the Mother to obtain that race's skill set and inherit that race's appearance. At the same time, the Quality of the selected Father or Mother will also be inherited by the offspring Spirit Beast. The Spirit Beast skills the offspring is about to acquire can be viewed on the right.

Next, you can select 3 genes from those carried by the Father or Mother to be inherited by the offspring Spirit Beast. If the total number of genes carried by the Father and Mother Beasts is less than 3, you can proceed to the next stage of Beast Breeding after selecting all their genes.

After completing the above selections and confirming the offspring Spirit Beast's information, you can start breeding. The gender of the bred offspring Spirit Beast is random, and both its Level and Spirit Phase will inherit the higher one from the Father and Mother.

After breeding is complete, the two Spirit Beasts used as Father and Mother will lose their combat ability and can no longer follow the Beast Tamer into battle—they will automatically leave the Beast Tamer's Beast Warehouse and disappear.
