Brief Quest Guide

1. During the event period, find Carnival Envoy · Ophelia in Cronus City to learn about rearing Drifting Ray and Tidecall Ray.

2. Use Phantom Glowfish to feed Drifting Ray to evolve it into Tidecall Ray; feed Tidecall Ray to evolve it into Dreamwave Ray.

3. During the event period, go to Dreamglow Sea to seek dreams to obtain Tidecall Ray. Each dream seeking will grant a certain amount of Dream Value, used to obtain Sea Treasures. Drifting Ray can be obtained from Sea Treasures.

4. Phantom Glowfish can be obtained through Dreamglow Sea dream seeking, Sea Treasures, and Sea Market exchange.

Note: Reins rearing progress is account-bound. Trading Reins will not transfer rearing progress.

Detailed Quest Guide

During the "Brazilian Carnival" event period from February 14, 2026 to February 28, 2026, use "Lumina Pearl" to seek dreams at Dreamglow Sea for a chance to obtain "Tidecall Ray" and "Phantom Glowfish" to engage in Ray Rearing.

Each dream seeking will grant a certain amount of Dream Value. When your Dream Value reaches 750/1750/3000/4500/6000/7500/9000/10500/12000, you will receive 1 chance to obtain Sea Treasures. When obtaining treasures, you have a chance to receive "Drifting Ray" and "Phantom Glowfish" to engage in Ray Rearing.

Gifts obtained through dream seeking will first be stored in "Storage". In Storage, you can choose to retrieve the gifts to your inventory, or select "Exchange" to trade gifts for "Seawave Stone". Seawave Stone can be used in the "Sea Market" to exchange for various gifts including "Phantom Glowfish".

Feed Phantom Glowfish to the "Drifting Ray" or "Tidecall Ray" during rearing to randomly increase its "Evolution Value". The probabilities for Evolution Value increase when feeding 1 Phantom Glowfish are as follows:

When "Drifting Ray" reaches 400 Evolution Value, it will evolve into "Tidecall Ray". When "Tidecall Ray" reaches 1000 Evolution Value, it will evolve into "Dreamwave Ray".

Note: Reins rearing progress is account-bound. Trading Reins will not transfer rearing progress.

After 23:59 on February 28, each Phantom Glowfish can be recycled for 388 PP.
