What is Netdragon Account Security?

Netdragon Account Security function is a way to make your account safer. When you bind your account with the app, you can only login game with the six digitals code on your phone.

The code will be updated at regular time and will be useless once it is expired or used. So you can‘t login your account without your personal mobile and it will help you to protect your account.

Binding Process

  • Step 1

    Before you use the Netdragon Account Security Function, please fill in your Security Question and answer in our website:
    Note: If your information is complete and the mobile phone number has been bound, you can skip this step.

    Choose one QR code below to scan and download the ND Account Security on your mobile phone.

  • Step 3

    Open the App and Input your account and password to add your account.
    Please read and check the <User Agreement>.

  • Step 4

    If you are binding Netdragon Account Security for the first time, you need to select the Security Question to verify your identity.

  • Step 5

    Select the Security Question you set up on the website before and answer it.
    After that, input your security code and the mail you want to bind with your account.

  • Step 6

    After successful authentication, please select your region and fill in the phone number to receive the verification code.
    Note: this phone number will be your security mobile phone, please fill it in carefully.

  • Step 7

    Binding Completed! The six digitals shown here are your Token. Digitals will be changed, so don't miss it!
    Note: please make sure the time on your device is correct. If the time on your mobile is not the same as real time, you cannot use this function.

  • Step 8

    Enter the Token showed in app here every time you log into the game.


  • Step 1

    Click the icon to open the Account Management.

  • Step 2

    Click the "Edit" in Account Management page.

  • Step 3

    Click the red Remove button appeared to enter the Unbind page.

  • Step 6

    Successfully unbinding!

  • Step 5

    Correct input the verification code sent to your phone.

  • Step 4

    After clicking "Unbind", you will need to authenticate with your secure phone.


  • Can I bind multiple accounts?

    Yes, you can. But don't forget to use relative code.

    If my phone was lost or stolen?

    Please contact or submit ticket through Customer Service Center to unbind your account. The related GM will help you with that.
